Some time ago the three seasoned lawyers in our office composed a color-coded map categorizing the counties in Texas as neutral, plaintiff-oriented, or defense-oriented. The map is based upon our opinions, anecdotal information, and conventional wisdom in the defense bar in Texas. Many of our out-of-state clients have found the maps to be informative, a good, simple starting-point for understanding their personal injury defense cases here in Texas.
